Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original sale condition with all tags and labels attached. It must also be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or invoice.

Return and Exchange Period
You have 28 days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please log into your account on our website. Navigate to your order history, select the relevant order, and follow the instructions to generate a return label and authorisation.

Return Methods
We offer a complimentary returns service via our courier partner. Once your return is authorised, you can schedule a collection or drop off your package at a designated point.

Processing Your Return
Once we receive your returned item(s) and have inspected them, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To do this, please process a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the rare event an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will gladly assist you and cover the cost of the return.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings, swimwear, and bodysuits are non-returnable unless faulty.

Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale event can be returned for a refund or exchange, provided they meet all the standard return conditions.

Return Shipping Costs
Standard return shipping costs are covered by us. However, additional charges may apply for returns from international destinations.
